I am concerned about COVID-19. What are you doing to protect your customers during the Christmas 2020 season? To ensure the safety of our customers and our Elves, we will be following recommended CDC guidelines for the 2020 Christmas season. Our Christmas tree delivery drivers will be wearing masks and gloves and are also washing and sanitizing their hands frequently. In addition, we offer contactless Christmas tree delivery in NYC.  Just let us know in the notes section of your order or when we call to confirm your delivery time. 

If I prefer contactless delivery of my NYC Christmas tree, will you just leave it at my door? Your tree will be placed outside of your door. If you purchase a stand and set up service, we will unbundle your tree and place it in the stand before leaving.  Though contactless, we will require (verbal) confirmation that somebody is there to receive your tree. We will not leave your tree unattended at your building or office. 

Do you offer Christmas tree delivery to Brooklyn? Yes. AA Christmas Trees delivers to Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan. For other boroughs, please call 347-733-5475 and we will work to arrange delivery of your fresh Christmas tree in NYC.

I noticed that your trees have a height range, can I order my Christmas tree to be at the highest range? Yes. Our trees are sold in ranges of a foot (4’ - 5 foot, 5’ - 6 foot, etc) because of variations in the trees. We do our best to deliver a tree on the high end of the height chart or at your requested height. We will ask if you have a preference when we call to confirm your delivery. 

I need a narrow Christmas tree for a tight space. Can you provide that?  Yes. When we call to confirm your delivery we will ask if you prefer a narrow tree or a full tree. You may also make a note in your online order form. 

What if the tree doesn’t fit my space? Can I exchange it? Yes. Please allow 24 hours for the branches of your Christmas tree to settle. If after 24 hours you find that the tree isn’t right for your space, call us. We will swap your tree for the correct size. (Upgrade and delivery charges may apply)

I set up our Christmas tree delivery in NYC but need to change the date. Please call 347-733-5475 for any delivery changes. 

Is there somewhere I can go to look at the different Christmas trees for sale in New York City? I’d really like to pick out my own.  Yes! We would love to welcome you to our Christmas tree lot in Brooklyn! Come and visit us at 2744 Coney Island Ave, Brooklyn NY, 11235 and pick out your perfect Christmas tree. Our elves will strap the tree to your car or we can set up delivery of your Christmas tree.  

Do you offer same day delivery of NYC Christmas trees? We try to accommodate same day requests as much as possible. Please call 347-733-5475 to inquire of availability. 

I ordered the tree setup package for my NYC Christmas tree. Will you put on my lights too? The tree setup package means that we will install your Christmas tree in your home for you. This includes setting it up in your tree stand (or ours, if you purchased one) in the designated area. If you would like us to add your lights, please purchase the lights package.
